"Dr. Robinson is the best obgyn ever but the reason for the 2 stars is because the receptionist never answers the phone. It was very frustrating because I had something come up while I was pregnant and needed to speak or get a message to one of his nurses. Finally a call center answered the phone and was able to get my message to the nurse but that was after sitting on the phone for about 5 minutes. If you get someone to answer, I definitely would recommend Dr. Robinson though."

"The receptionist that works closest to the door was very rude each of the 3 times I've dealt with her dropping my cards on the desk while looking at me instead of handing them to me, made me wait nearly 2 hours deliberately not checking me in making me miss nearly an entire day of work, then she talks very loudly to make the experience even worse. I dread dealing with her and can't even schedule or make changes to an appointment. Took me 4 months to get one and now she had hung up on me times today. The doctors and medical staff are great buy that secretary that admits has to go"

"Terrible customer service and terrible phone operators. I have gone to this office for years, had my first child in 2017 and had a great experience. I had my second child in Feb 2020 and between waiting for hours in the lobbies for my appointments (2 times I was forgotten about and had to remind them I was there waiting to be seen), system failures losing all of my information a few times, trying to call multiple times and “leaving messages” with the staff to get my prescription refilled, being hung up on by the call center, etc I would not recommend this office. I am so disappointed with how this office has gone downhill. With that being said, Karrie (nurse), Mrs. Evelyn (receptionists) have ALWAYS done their jobs and quickly get what I need done. Dr. Robinson and Paula Jones have also taken great care of me when I had a lot of difficulties in my second pregnancy. They are too good to be working where they do."

"I had a pleasant experience with my first pregnancy. This time they are terrible. I have several messages that I sent both to my doctor and NP and I have gotten no response. I felt like I have had to beg for help at times. I am not listened to. If I had a choice I would go elsewhere. Edit* I'm hating this place more and more. Making the appointments that the doctor has told me to have is like pulling teeth. I am to the point of giving up. I have told multiple people what I am supposed to be scheduled for and no one has listened. After the birth of this baby I will never be back here again. I like Dr. Crenshaw but hate everything else about this place. I use the Rincon office mostly."

"Friendly staff but sometimes the wait time can be lengthy. Dr. Robinson is a fabulous doctor whose bedside manner and genuine care for his patients makes the wait worth it! I travel 30 miles here (60 round trip) and I would not change doctors for anything. Just bring a book or a charged phone to entertain yourself in the waiting area--you won't regret it!"
