"My kids had a sick visit, and we wait for more than one hour in the waiting room, there were some people that got to the office more than 20 minutes after us and they were called ahead us… definitely not coming back to this location…"
"This is the absolute worst office I've ever sent my kids to. You say "Don't give my children that shot", they still give the shot. You have an appointment? Still going to be there for HOURS. They'll tell you that your child just has a seasonal cough, nope they will have pneumonia. I've given this office chance after chance after chance. I'm so over it. Good place for a doctor note, but the absolute worst "doctors" I've ever come across. Back to driving 2 hours to Augusta it is for us!"
"Phone gal needs to be humble. They never even pick up enough to have that much audacity.. planning on another place for my kids soon.. pay smarter people better to come in and replace these people. They are making this place even worse. Not to mention I have to show insurance every single time i go there???"
