"Walked in made a appointment and then someone called to reschedule. I kept getting texts about being able to accept a fast appointment so I did. Got called again to reschedule. Came to leave a review and saw the 3.9. I am glad I cam finding somewhere else to go. Peoples time is important! Who can afford to take off work for 3 different appointment times for something that should be fast like getting glasses? I am giving 3 stars because each person I have talked to has been very nice."
