"Mike came out, diagnosed the problem with my dryer, which was a broken belt. He not only replaced the belt, but also replaced the pulley as well. I’m very pleased with the service he rendered and will definitely use him in the future as well as refer my friends to his business."
"So my father had my wife call this guy to come fix his dyer. He comes out and tells my sister (my dad's caregiver) and tells her the dyer vent in the house was full of water and that's why the dyer isn't working. He did no work or provide any service. Several days afterwards he text my wife and says she owes for a service call. She tells him to speak with me. I told him I didn't owe him anything because he did nothing. He says Okay and we hung up. The he text my wife and says he's bringing her up on theft charges! This guy is a joke and has no idea how to deal with real problems! Negative 5 stars here!"
"This gentleman takes great pride in his work and is very professional. Had an issue with microwave and he came out while it was pouring rain and spent about 2 hours making sure everything was great and even spoke with my warranty company because I was out of network. Fast forward 3 days later it blew again; he called my warranty company again and they have offered replacement of my unit so this doesn’t happen! Will be using him again on any future repairs that may come my way. If you’re looking for a repair guy; don’t hesitate-call All About Appliance Repairs!!!"
