"While the Walmart was relatively clean and not as bad as I anticipated, I think the following bumper sticker sums up this chain as a whole. It’s kind of like a necessary evil when you end up going because the prices really are cheaper than a preferable alternative like Target. I mean I got what I needed and tried to do so as quickly as possible despite the crowded aisles and people that just at times can’t seem to move even after you’ve said excuse me 3 times. However, it is what it is!"
"The people that work in the pharmacy are rude and show no respect at all They get a prescription for testing strips for blood glucose and instead of ordering the strips they order the accu check machine which I have and they had got it the months before now They are incompetence they don't pay attention to the Dr orders. My Dr fax the order for testing strips not refill on the machine So why did they not check my file when a new order comes from the doctor. Out of respect for one person that works in the pharmacy I have 2 stars I don't know her name she is a lady in in 50's she is the only one there that is polite and respectful the others acted like I was a criminal wanting the strips they are not a narcotic drug it's strips for testing blood sugar . Walmart needs to retrain the employees in the pharmacy"
"What happened to customer service? Needed a flea collar that cost a whopping total of $3.74. They were locked in a glass case. The first person I asked for help completely ignored me, so I went back up to the service desk and they paged someone who apparently ignored them because after waiting for almost 20 minutes I tracked down another associate who actually had a key to open the case. It's a good thing we had everything else at that point because that flea collar required an escort straight to a checkout. Of course there were no checkouts available except for self checkout. Walmart is becoming a complete joke."
