"Went in bc I travel a lot and had been told about the store by an employee at their sister store in Wilmington. The girl at the counter did not acknowledge my presence for a minute after I walked in and said hello, wasn't very friendly and just generally did not seem like she wanted to be there. I won't be going back and I wouldnt suggest anyone else to. Disappointing bc I actually liked the store in Wilmington."

"I was going to this place for weeks since they open. I went in there one day and someone was at the counter with one employee working dealing with the customer at the counter. it was not a regular sale when I came into the store. I seen that the employee which was the owner was explaining to the customer at the counter about his merchandise. So I did not want to be rude and walked around the store as I heard their conversation of him explaining to the customer about his products. I seen somebody else now coming in the store, so I didn’t want to be rude and be up close to the customer that was at the counter. So I stepped line . Keeping my distance, then the new customer that came in the store stood in front of me in line. When I said something to the owner, he got rude and started raising his voice at me. So I told him that I will just go somewhere else then. But as I was leaving and by me, saying that he made him mad and said, go ahead and don’t come back in here no more. And this is after I spent a lot of money at the store and supported them when they open even with their drawing every week. A friend of mine‘s is the reason why I’m even coming to that store because he referred me to there and he’s a regular customer too. So basically, he told me not to come in there no more because I told him that I was going to another store after he let someone else get in front of me. And also, he never said anything to me since I walked in that store the whole time I don’t know what the problem is with him, but I highly recommend for anyone not to go to this store."

"Called store before driving across town requesting inventory of a specific vape brand and model. Was informed it was in stock and colors available. Drove across town to shop and not even current model...old generation model. Waste of time and effort."
