"Buyer BEWARE!!! No exchanges or refunds, even for faulty merchandise. Customer service is nonexistent. Owner upsold me on a product way out of my price range, promising great results. The vape clogged immediately upon use, and started leaking profusely after heating the mouthpiece briefly with a lighter AS INSTRUCTED at the point of sale. The fact I even needed to be warned is proof the owner KNEW this product had prior issues!!! Half the contents of the vape cartridge ended up leaking out overnight, despite not being used or even plugged in since. I was hoping Deep (owner) would be understanding and at least provide some kind of store credit since I did not receive at all what I had paid for. Considering the mouthpiece was caked in wax, I couldn't even ATTEMPT to hit it again without getting the sticky chemicals in my mouth. Instead, Deep got defensive, told that he's been "selling vapes since before I've been smoking," and expressed that it was "not his responsibility to pay for (the cartridge) out of his pocket". Eventually, to end the exchange, I was given a cartridge half the size and less than half of the price in replacement. Waste of money, huge hassle, and an overall bummer."
