"Came in to see if they had a certain bourbon. Cashier told me it was “allocated” -whatever that means, said it was not in stock but when it is, told me you can only buy it if you’re a regular and it will be up for an auction for the regulars. I shop here often but I guess she just assumes I’m not a “regular”. Today was my last time coming. No one offered to ask if I needed help or said hello. Usually they’re unfriendly but today was the last. I prefer the nice gentlemen at Coastal Spirits by the Papa Murphy’s in Pooler. Much kinder and helpful and gives 5-10% off all purchases rest of year. This place is convenient and has assorted varieties but his prices are better and he cares about his customers."
