"I was actually shocked to see the low ratings. I have been using this Publix pharmacy since it was opened. I have found the staff to be caring, helpful and often go out of their way to help. For example suggesting solutions if they do not have a particular medication at their location. They answer any questions regarding medications or concerns with medications. They really are kind people. I am sorry others did not have that experience years ago. I would suggest try again because they are really wonderful."

"You won't find a ruder staff. I dread every time I have to pick up our prescriptions. They clearly have no respect for their management eithe, dur to the fact that complaints have been made on several occasions, yet no improvements have been seen. If your already having a bad day, don't go there!"

"My husband went to get his medicine this morning having to rush because of what we have going on the pharmacy technician was very rude and unpleasant she acted as if he was a drug addicted person he has medical issues and needed his medication she then stated " I have to look to see if u can legally get your medication today" as we had already told her that was fine and she sent him into a panic attack even more and he had just started using publics and his experience was very unpleasant her name was Tonya thanks but she definitely needs not to be a pharmacy technician due to her lack of people skills and maybe she should study for D.A. or DOC"

"Everyone I've interacted with here has been great, but the girl at the drive thru with black hair and glasses was terrible. She had major attitude and visibly rolled her eyes when I told her I only needed part of my order after an insurance mixup. She acted as if the entire interaction was a huge inconvenience to her."
