"The ladies working this location early morning are great. Unfortunately if you rely on this location for Ice its hit or miss. I am told that they cant always get someone from the Kroger store to bring the ice over to the fuel island. Seems as though that is poor management. Common theme in most companies these days."

"This is the second time I've come to the fuel center and the woman working cuts off the pumps while I'm pumping. The first time I was coming home from work and may have came by after close so I let it slide. This time it was 10:40. I'm will not be coming back. I lost my hard earned points because of this. She was aware that I was there. She was talking to another woman, who left a couple minutes after I started pumping. I'm not sure what this woman's problem is, but it's just rude and ridiculous. I'm hoping it's not due to me being a person of color. She could have allowed me to finish. I wasn't even there 5 minutes and made it home by 10:50. Guess I'll take my money elsewhere since I can't even get full use of my points smh"

"went to get packs of water, there was a sign at the register that to me was a little confusing to understand maybe miss worded. Employee was on her phone in a call and when i started talking she pulled her finger up as in “hold on” i told her i wanted water and she meanly said “do you have cash” i said no then she responded in a mean way “then you cant get the water bottles thats what the sign means” then started hittin the sign. Very very rude employee and had an attitude with my mom as well"

"I like the convenience, but only ever gives three cents off our purchases. I have more than 4k fuel points and I'll pick use all points and it always takes just 3 cents. Why is that?? I've spoken with the person and they dont understand either. Why use the card if it doesn't give the points like it should? It has only worked once by giving forty cents off and that was months ago."
