"This building has a ramp for wheelchairs to access the building. But once you get up the ramp, access to the entrance is blocked by their propane tanks. I’ve brought this up to the owner and recommended two ways this problem could be resolved. One was to just simply move the propane tanks to the other side. He said something about it being too close to high voltage. Might be a valid excuse. Not really sure. But then when I suggested they put a ramp right in front of the entrance, they claimed they weren’t allowed to do that because of the size of the parking lot. So now I go to the Circle K across the road because they have the same size parking lot and have managed to put a ramp directly in front of the entrance. They didn’t make up lies and keep breaking ADA laws like the owner of this Chevron is."
