"Friendly staff. Shelves stocked with lots of items at great prices. This store is my weakness! I typically go in planning to buy just a little but they have so many fantastic items at decent prices, I end up buying way more."
"I was told my gift to my son would be ready in 2 weeks. Called in two weeks only to be told “it wasn’t ready” with no further explanation. My son came to visit me from college about this time so we could spend time with him and I could give him this gift. Called at three weeks to then be told it was still not ready, but that I could pick it up on Friday Dec 8th. I called in to get an update on Friday and was told it was still not ready, to check back in on Saturday, possibly Monday. Of course it wasn’t ready on Saturday so I again called on Monday. Then I was told they hadn’t even started to make the final piece of the frame. My son now has gone back to school and I had nothing to give him as a birthday gift. Absolutely pathetic communication and customer service. ITS BEEN A DISASTER. The the store manager finally talked to me but only to make a litany of excuses about how she can’t control the situation—or try to provide a reasonable solution. Zero accountability. THEY DON’T CARE."
"Craft stores are my happy place, but oftentimes, they can be messy and unorganized, which makes it hard to find what I'm looking for (especially if the kids are in tow). Not this one, even on a Saturday afternoon! The store was clean and well organized with plenty of options, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for."
"They have a variety of things and always have coupons on their apps, which I strongly encourage anyone to download. It's always so clean, affordable, and I always end up leaving with more than I had intended to get."
"A splendid place to get all your crafting supplies, or supplies for your hobby or business. They have a wide variety of products from, florals, greenery, pots, vases, yarn, sewing machines and accessories, baking products, scrap booking needs, circuit supplies, and so much more. This store was very clean, well kept, and their stock was well supplied. The cashier was very friendly and checked us out in a timely manner."
