"a good apartment complex in midtown Savannah, well-arranged 4-BR 4-BA in 3-story building. management office is together with The Blake, maintenance team is responsive but sometimes difficult in solving hard problems. Leasing agent Keri is friendly, and Doris from HH Life (a Chinese renting agency) is very helpful for new tenants. Chinese-speaking is a good plus especially for new students from China (a lot of tenants are SCAD students, many of them Chinese). Betty is 15min walk to Montgomery Hall, but other SCAD buildings are farther away, need a bike or car."
