"*read lowest ratings first to get a better idea of what this place is like before you consider living here* The leasing associates do not smile, make eye contact, or greet their residents. They seem stuck up, unhelpful, and preoccupied with other tasks. Whenever I had concerns, they were not friendly, pleasant, or professional on the phone. In person, it’s even worse. They don’t make eye contact and spoke to me in a condescending manner. Thank goodness I moved out. If friendly, helpful leasing managers is what you’re looking for, please look elsewhere for you and your family."

"I scheduled an appointment with the complex and had to rescheduled for a later appointment the same day. I walked in and I was greeted by Emily, I’m assuming as the individual never greeted me. I gave my name and said I have a 2 pm tour. She said “actually your tour was at 11” I politely pulled up the confirmation and time on my phone. She asked me to take a seat and she went to the back. Upon return she asked what I was looking for, I explained a 2 bedroom, high floor to avoid as much noise as possible. She gave me the rate for the 3rd floor, I asked if there was a difference in rates for high and low floors; her response was “I don’t know because I don’t make the rates they “fluncuiate” (meaning fluctuate) daily. I replied that my question was yes or no for the floors. Needless to say, she was extremely rude. I appeared in my natural hair and I felt discounted from the moment I walked in. I was given the vibe that African American females are not welcome. Very distasteful experience and not welcoming to say the least."

"I am on day 5 without any a/c. I have been complaining about the sound of the outside unit when it turns on along with the temperature inside the apartment increasing and not cooling down since August 2020. This is the second time I’ve had a window fan in my apartment. The very first time I was told that MANAGEMENT would have a contractor come and check it out. However a contractor never came, but luckily my a/c begun to work again after 2 days. I went down to the office and asked for maintenance to remove the unit. Moving forward to 07/31/21 my apartment hasn’t been cooling down during a heat advisory. The outside temperature was 94 and my apartment was 86. Maintenance came out 08/01/21 to fix the problem and trouble shoot. I was told the maintenance man had a heat stroke from exhaustion. I feel as if this could have been prevented if management actually cared about their employees and residents. Management contacted me and stated they would bring a technician to fix my a/c. The technician came that day about 3 hours later. The property manager came by apologizing and set up the window unit in my apartment (which I appreciate). She informed me that the technician noticed a broken part and would have the part overnighted. She promised my concerns would get resolved the next day 08/02/21. It is currently 08/05/21 and my a/c has not been fixed and I have not been updated unless I contact the office. My outside unit is currently buzzing whenever it is running. For the current price this apartment is charging for new residents, I would not recommend!"
