"Worst apartment complex, I have ever stayed at... Move in day the apartment had not been cleaned. Also, on move in day, the counter was tore up and had water damage, it took several months for management to agree to fix it, since it was only cosmetic damage. There was someones dirty shirt in front of the door (picture provided). Trash is always overflowing. I had several leaks in the bathroom. The parking lot is disgusting. Management is horrible. They rarely answer the phone. It is apparent the staff does not communicate with it each other because 1 staff member states something and then when you speak with another staff member, you get a completely different answer. It is apparent that the calls aren't recorded because they conveniently can never find the those differing answering despite being told the date and time, you called... Moved out a while ago and still have not received my security deposit back and management stated they would keep in touch and never did. Update: 6 months has passed since i originally posted and I still don’t have my deposit back and no one has updated me in the situation"

"I have lived here for over 1 year now moving from Atlanta. This place is totally different I have seen it go through three property managers and can say that the assistant is getting looked over because she’s doing the majority of the job as keeping the tenants happy and listening to our concerns and that office assistant I would like to recognize is Sarah. She has been doing an amazing job since she been here by answering phone calls that didn’t normally happen before her. She has worked without supervision her and Richard the maintenance guy are doing an amazing job keeping this property together. Kudos to Sarah ."

"I have lived here for over 5 years. There have been a few change of hands but mostly for the betterment of the tenants. Richard Dimaggio is the maintenance superintendent and he is a busy, industrious man. Always on the run trying to solve our issues never a discouraging word. He is a joy to be around and always expressing an interest in what we tenants are up to. I can honestly say if not for this kind, compassionate man I would be looking elsewhere."

"Pretty nice place issues here and there but Retreat at Savannah is under new ownership and the renovations that have increased the quality of every apartment. They are very accommodating and polite business. Mr Richard is delight to talk to and super helpful in any maintenance needed."
