"This complex used to be nice and quiet but now there's kids running up and down our building playing and making noise, and cigarettes butts in the front of the building. building 5000. It's bad after the office closes. Thank you"

"Apartments were clean and well managed when prior management was here in 2019. Since then its horrible. The place has trash all over ground, overfilled dumpsters, trash compactor stay full, and the kids are running loose most of the day! The 5000 building smells horrible! The trash smell and dirty walls look like we are in a New York housing project in 1986. Its crazy."
"The apartment is nice and spacious. The only downfall is the inconsiderate people playing loud music late at night and speeding through the neighborhood. *UPDATE* since new management a lot has changed…."
