Reviews
"Living at the Olmsted has been a delight. It is a quiet complex filled with great and respectable people. The location is ideal, very safe, and is only going to get better when the construction down the street finishes up. The office staff are friendly and attentive to the needs of the residents, Veronica has taken great care of me during my time here. They also host great community events for the residents. There’s no better place to be if you’re new to Savannah."
"The Olmsted is a phenomenal place to live, I have never felt a better experience of community than while living here. As a resident of over a year and a half I have zero intentions to live anywhere else during my time in Savannah. The entire team in the office is so kind and really love their residents, they host multiple events where we get to interact with and meet neighbors and spend time together as a community. The amenities available to us give us a chance to get out of the house and enjoy the space. They love their residents, pets, and everyone who stops by. We love Olmsted!"
"I am not a resident here but I’m here enough to be counted as one. I have definitely looked into living here because of how nice it is. The women in the offices downstairs are the sweetest and are always up for a conversation and they really care about the people here. They have fun events on the weekends. My favorite so far was the one they had this year it was Jaw movie night and they projected a movie by the pool. I’d say this place is definitely worth looking into. It’s like a tight little company here, so if you’re looking into getting a place here I 100% recommend it."
"**Disclosure: I'm staying here for temporary housing. The space is good for one person. Amenities are solid. The gym is nice but minimal to me comparative to other luxury apartments I've lived in. I don't like that at time of move in the filter on the fridge is red. When I asked about the process to submit for maintenance,tl they said that they don't pay for that- and because I'm here for temporary housing I'd have to go through the 3rd party. I'm just saying if I'm paying $3k+ monthly I expect everything to be covered. Now I'm a week in, I drink a gallon of water a day so it's added up quickly. The coffee machine is nice as is the pool deck and parlor. I also just don't like the parking set up, super inconvenient to access elevators from parking area (accessibility concerns). The butterfly code did not work at move in. Maintenance gentleman Cauldi (?) Is AMAZING and very supportive. Front office staff are okay, nice but a little stand offish IMO. Not outwardly rude, they just don't seem local (hospitable) Location is great, if you like going out, it's off bay street and an easy walk. I wouldn't live this close to down town as there are many transient folks, but again, parking in behind a gate so your property is safe. The insulation for the most part is nice. I hear the running of my upstairs neighbors and knocking of pipes in the closet at night other than that. It's seemingly quiet. At move in apartment smelled of harsh chemicals and I've not been able to escape the smell. All in all nice place but I wouldn't choose to live here for the price vs what you can get."
"Wouldn’t live anywhere else in Savannah after staying at the Olmsted. Cameron was beyond helpful throughout the move-in process, was super accommodating, and went above and beyond to take care of the residents. The architecture, interiors and amenities are sub-par with some of the most luxurious apartments out there. The maintenance, valet trash, heated saltwater pool, coffee machine and the common parlor, electric fire pit and the outdoor porch just made living here the most serene experience I couldn’t had. I cannot stress this enough, after dealing with money-hungry and careless landlords all this while, having Cameron and his management team take care of the residents was such a relief. 12/5 ⭐️"
