"New issues! wow! We haven't had hot water for weeks at the coldest time of the year. They keep closing our service requests without fixing anything. Shocker. Also despicable to see they are still posting blatantly fake 5 star reviews Hopefully final update: at long last, after nearly 6 months of severe maintenance issues, the leak has been fixed and our ceilings have been replaced. However, it did take a call to code enforcement to get it going. Highly recommend that if you live here or any other apartment in unsafe conditions that you report to code enforcement ASAP. UPDATE 4: mold smell is getting worse and they still haven't replaced our ceilings. just an empty cavity with black plastic over it imparting mold stench into every corner of our unit. Run away from this place. UPDATE 3: Walked the new unit they promised us. It was filthy and dirty water was bubbling from the sink drain. They also sprung on us after never mentioning it once that in order to transfer to the new unit we would have to renew our lease, adding another 6 months. They are clearly trying to push us out and have us break our lease so they don't have to deal with us asking for safe living conditions anymore. These people, or at least the people managing them, are straight up evil. UPDATE 2: we are being moved into another unit after our water damaged and moldy ceilings were removed by maintenance and they told management we shouldn't be living here. We're definitely appreciative but still wish this issue would've been handled before it ever came to this. UPDATE: after ~4 months the ceiling is still leaking, they have sent maintenance people who just look at it and never fix it. There's also brown gunk leaking out of the wall that smells like feces now. If this isn't their most pressing issue I hate to know what other tenants are suffering through right now. our ceiling has been profusely leaking yellow liquid for 2 months. Every service request we make is closed without any maintenance being done. It's at the point where the ceiling is sagging, drywall is crumbling, paint is peeling and the bathroom is flooding. DO NOT rent an apartment here."

"This place was disgusting. Garbage littered all over the ground literally everywhere all the time. The pictures speak for themselves but I cannot express how much garbage was just lying around I mean it was so filthy. Maintenance is useless they never fixed any of our problems. Way too expensive to live in such a trashy place. It’s not a good area either. There were several shootings nearby."

"If I can give them zero stars I will. I hope they are telling the new residents before they move in they won’t have hot water. This is ridiculous we haven’t had hot water since JUNE & it’s about to be winter. What are supppse to do. They keep saying oh we have to order a part or we just ordered the part which one is it? They are more concerned about the parking lot than people that pay rent to have hot water. Don’t believe the fake reviews. I’m pretty sure 3 fake reviews gone be put up after this bad review. This is unacceptable to have no hot water with kids for 3 months."

"Highly recommend this apartment complex. Brittany and Lavon are great. The problems I have encountered since being here have always been taken of in a timely manner. I enjoy stopping by the office, having coffee, relaxing after a long day, and just chatting with them. Keep up with the outstanding work!"

"This place is a joke. I have been a resident here for years. They are constantly under new management and nothing broken ever gets fixed. I have been without a kitchen light for at least 6 months now, but probably longer. I have honestly lost count at this point. All the office does is make excuses. The first excuse was that it’s Ava exclusive light bulb that they have to order. The next excuse is they have no maintenance men. Funny thing is, there are maintenance men walking and driving around the complex all day picking up trash and sweeping. The next excuse is the maintenance men get fired for stealing from residents’ homes. For two weeks now, my shower head has been broken-no water will flow from it, forcing me to take baths, another inconvenience in a place where I’m paying to live. Still, I’m fed the same excuses. It is not my problem as a resident that their management team is incapable of hiring quality employees or retaining them. As a property manager, the proper next step is to hire a third party to complete the necessary repairs for residents. Once again, I am paying to live here. That payment comes with service. Furthermore, there is mold present in my bathroom, and I live in a “renovated” unit. I will be scheduling a private inspection as I’m certain the bathroom isn’t the only location of the mold. Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction of this property. I will not be renewing this lease."
