The rental we used had all the windows screwed shut. 100-degree days; it took 3 days for the ac repairman to arrive. When we moved out they raised all fees to move out x 5, charged us for not giving notice which I gave 4 months' notice. Run, when you see this company."

"I've attached proof of my statements to the Facebook review. If being upset that you attempted to steal money from us (unsuccessfully I will add) is animosity. Sure, we can call it that Lisa. We both paid the pet fee for the removed dog. The ones we had already filed paperwork for that you lost. You attempted to charge us for that dog that was not on the premises a second time. If you disagree with that I would love to post some images which would prove that you do in fact not uphold your lease agreement. Stop pretending you do. We had to cite the agreement so you would stop responding with the boiler plate "you're wrong, we are sorry" response. Which you have done here again. This is sad Lisa. If anyone would like to see text messages we would love to provide proof of everything we have stated in this review. As I have finished my lease term and paid "Damages" I feel as though it is appropriate for me to return to this review. My opinion has not changed. Stay far away from this place. They gave us an estimate for damages that included installing doors they were never installed for us ans sat in the storage room for two years because they did not come and do anything about it. This companies incompetence and unfamiliarity with the property they manage is laughable and sad. They attempted to charge us a further time based on their assumption that an animal was at our property and were extremely condescending about it. This was after we explained they we removed the animal that they had charged us for in the first place. I had to cite our lease agreement and explain to these people that they cannot threaten to charge people money based on an assumption. The response i got to that was " The cat and dog was there for awhile and no fees were paid (they absolutely were for the dog, these people lie alot). No worries as the property manager will take care of charges after move out." Genuinely disgustingly predatory and quite blatant behavior. From the other reviews it seems like this kind of behavior is standard operating procedure. This company is incompetence to it's core and will try to take your money while smiling at you. Don't let them. As for the "iron clad lease agreement". It conflicts with Ga state law in a few areas. I encourage you to read up on the lease. More specifically on time frames given that make it harder for you to inspect potential damages that they may be charging you for. Original- I will exercise every avenue to dissuade anyone from renting this property while at a viewing in a completely legal way that does not violate our current agreement. I will be informing all viewers of the property of my documented experience. I will be present for every viewing and I will be a part of the viewing or I will pay the 150 dollar fee. I am truly excited for every viewing we will get to experience together and am going to prepare very, very well. At the viewing i will have a detailed document that is handed to viewer and the viewer only. Inside will be every single thing negative we have experienced with your company as well as the house itself. As you know. This is not in violation of any agreement I have signed or any laws that currently exist. We simply cannot slander the company. Which we will not. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people. Lisa specifically. Very unprofessional and unpleasant when I brought up they have that they mishandled paperwork. The staff lost paperwork for my pet addendum which is propbably due to the turn over rate of their office staff. The receptionist is new and wasn't aware of the previous paperwork that wasn't filed upon my request.. They are attempting to say that I violated my pet agreement when they filed the paperwork incorrectly. On top of that we have had multiple instances where we were told that someone was coming to fix our water leak. No one came for over a month and it cost us 300 dollars on our electric bill. Do yourself a big favor and fire Lisa SMP. She is very clearly the subject of many bad reviews and she will cost you business. She already has actually."
