"I love the size of the bedrooms and closet. Had minor issues and Jennifer the office manager goes above and beyond to help. Really happy here."

"I must say that my stay at the seasons apartments was a good and entertaining experience. Very spacious rooms, walk in closets, was just what I needed. Never had a problem with the landlord, she was awesome the whole 3 years I resided on the property. Would recommend the property to anyone seeking a place to stay. Thank you for everything Jennifer."

"I’m currently a tenant halfway through my lease. Jennifer and her team have gone beyond what my expectations are, if I put in a work order (which have been few since the property is very well managed and maintained) it is addressed promptly. As I said they have gone far beyond my expectations. Potential tenants this is a great safe well maintained and managed apartment community, you’ll enjoy living here. Thank you Jennifer and team!"

"Honest Review I am writing this as a warning for future renters because I wish someone had warned me before I moved here. I care about your well being and this issue is enough to stir anxiety and trigger misophonia. I am relieved to have moved away from seasons. I've lived in apartments for decades in loud neighborhoods, but never in my life have I had to deal with the horrific noise that I do here. If you choose to stay here long term I hope you dreamed of living in a home with paper walls so you can hear your neighbors every time they talk, scream, walk, have sex, play with running pets, exercise or go to the bathroom. Yes, OUTSIDE it's quiet because no one really walks around, but inside you WILL 100% hear your neighbors beside you and above you and it will certainly be louder than the volume your tv or music could drown out with out being just as loud as them. Many of us on the bottom floors have expressed these issues to each other so please consider staying on the top floor if you choose to live here and PLEASE have compassion for those living below you. Hearing people over noise cancelling headphones is enough to make you cry when you just want peace and quiet or to sleep before 1am. Talking to your neighbors about the noise usually fails as you can't ask someone to tip-toe for you and many do not typically see an issue at all because to them they are not making much noise to themselves and do not know what bottom floor dwellers are experiencing and fail to realize how loudly things echo under poor construction. The blame is the apartments being built poorly and there is practically no cushion between the thin carpet and your ceiling. Most places put a thick foam padding under the carpet to prevent these noise issues and this is why the higher majority of apartment dwellers will say they have never had an issue with neighbors. If you live here you will absolutely loose your peace. The best thing I can say is the roach control and price is nice but the fact that I have rarely been able to sit peacefully through out the day is enough for me to leave a poor review. This complex is too cheap to provide quality care for living. Managment is aware of the issue, but we assume the cheap carpeting is more important to them."

"Very nice and quiet apartments very close to Georgia Southern that are not specifically student oriented. The Seasons Apartments by far have been the cleanest unit I have EVER moved into. I've live in many mediocre apartments and student based ones and none of them have been as sanitary and spotless as Seasons. Manager also got the apartment ready for me rather quick too. Naturally if all this is good why am I giving three stars? Well due to some issues with Georgia Southern, I lost my job. I blew through my savings to keep up with rent until two months before my lease was to end. Unfortunately the manager is only a great person until money is involved. She became extremely harassing and unwilling to negotiate and was very quick to threaten eviction a single week after a missed payment. This overall left me with a terrible outlook for the complex. Overall, so long as you have the money, the area is quite most of the time and somehow there are fewer insect issues here next to a lake than most apartments in Statesboro. (i believe the manager does a great job on keeping bugs out of apartments) and as mentioned, make sure you have money otherwise you will have a horrible time being called asking where her money is..."
