"The lady on night shift at the driver entrance on 10/18/2023 at 1am wasn’t competent in reading a Bill Of Lading. She was very misleading and told me the order was for a different address, and she didn’t know why it was addressed here."

"Worst place Checked in 9:30 a.m. my appointment 12:00 p.m. still in the door .Its 2:45 still no sign of loading. I'll never come back to this place . They r not giving me eta for load . Its 4:00 p.m. still here . Never come back again."
"I’m an OTR driver with G&I Logistics. My company does a significant amount of pickups from your locations and they’re always run in a haphazard, less than professional manner.. However, the service at the Rincon Georgia facility is particularly lackluster. Arrived for pickup at 6:30. Was advised by the staff on duty at that time they “we going home, you gone have to next shift.” I was only advised that next shift starts at 7:00 and they should get around to me at 7:30. Here we are 8:30 and they’re just getting started with my load. Meanwhile I’m watching them load driverless trailers. I have a deadline to meet but that apparently means nothing to your employees. I’m pretty sure your partners and clients would not appreciate the casual matter in which this facility operates"
