"I left a good paying job in logistics to come work with this company back in November 2022. In the beginning as any employer everyone was nice. However for this to be a Godly based company the people seemed racist and judgmental. I was always on time for work and did my best to learn everything I could but seemed like April was getting impatient with me. She also lied on stating that I yelled at a driver which was not true. If you don't do things her way its the highway. She gets upsets quickly. I was only there for 6 weeks before fired. I had another co worker that would do similar things that I've done hut somehow as being the only person of color in April's department she showed no sympathy and was hard on me. If you're a person of color do not apply here if you're not a driver. I suggest them treat you as if you are beneath them. Naomi was another individual that seemed judgemental in what I would wear to work. Again this employer and 48 Forty Solutons were the only employers that expected me to learn in 6 weeks and telling me that I'm not learning well and did not take the time to teach me. I'm not surprised that these companies are both employed with majority white employees so I should have trusted my gut and stayed with the company where I was at least wanted."

"This is a very well organized company. Very understanding of driver's needs in the field. The owner has been in this business a long time and makes sure the drivers are treated fairly when it comes to home time but more importantly when it comes to money you will be paid well if you run hard. The dispatch is very pleasant and professional from my experience with them I've done quite well in their flat bed position. They also have container division in the Savannah, ga area and those guys stay busy. All in all in my experience pretty good company."
