"Save yourself the time and headache and visit another location. The manager told my wife to paint the inside of her engagement ring with nail polish. The assistant said "it would take two weeks to send the ring out and get it replated". The next day we went to the Savannah location. They were baffled when we shared our experience and replated our ring within two hours."
