"While I have never been in their physical location, I have ordered online. Easy process, fine to negotiate with (be reasonable with what you offer and you will have a good experience too). Happy with purchase, price, and the whole experience/ process. Thanks!"

"This place is the most disrespectful place I have ever gone too. The fact that they are still in business is beyond me! The manager who is in charge today is very disrespectful! The very fact is, you need customers to stay open! If you run everyone away, how will your doors stay open. Pawn shop or not, you’re dealing with people; therefore, you need to have customer service skills. This place is an absolute joke! Please don’t waste your time! The response to my review shows your tact. You did not state you would love to take my Mac book. You told me you would not take it unless it was fully charged in a very hostile tone which is why you missed out on the opportunity to assist me. Customers are why your doors are open so running them away with your disrespect and discrimination is going to hurt you more than it hurts me. Take a look at your other low reviews. There are multiple ppl who seem to have had the same experience with workers who lack customer service skills. Your response is normal for someone who finds it hard to hear the truth. I was forced to disconnect the line in the employees’ face after she REPEATEDLY attempted to talk over me. I don’t argue, sorry you took that as disrespect but maybe check yourself before you exaggerate your story to make yourself look better."

"After having some unexpected moving expenses, I decided to use the pawn service. The experience starts off as very welcoming. You have the cash you need to resolve your business. However, upon returning be prepared for a nasty attitude and poor customer service. Upon retrieving my gold items I was charged double the original interest amount. I told the clerk that I called twice asking for the link and she ask the manager and he said I was beyond my maturity date. I said that I’d called twice because the website states there is a link that can be sent where one can pay the interest. (I was out of state for work travel) The link was never sent. He told me the link is a privilege. When is it ever a privilege to offer services for customers to pay a bill? It was said with a very nasty tone. I could tell that this individual is accustomed to a clientele that allows disrespect because they may need the service. The use of others misfortune or situation as a source of power is not only a reflection of the person but a reflection of the company. It was almost as if he was upset that I returned to retrieve my things. The clerk/cashier apologized to me and I thanked her. I told her that I know that she is just doing her job. I didn’t stoop to his level. I collected my jewelry and left. As I entered my car I remembered Luke 6:28 says to pray for those who mistreat you and that’s exactly what I did. I hope the manager learns to work with customers instead of against them. You never know what people are going through, greet them with kindness and respect. In this instance, it wasn’t the payment, I still paid in full. It was the lack of respect and level of customer service received. Needless to say that I’m in a position where I won’t have to return but if I did, I certainly would not. There was no offer of proration just a single full months charge and statement that paying by link in the 20th century is only a “privilege”. My business was not appreciated. I urge you to use another source if you can. The interest paid was 50% of the loan amount for 12 days, not another 30 days. That is exploitation. Update: read the response from the organization, you’ll note that there is nothing stating we will look into our policy, thank you for your business, we are trying to improve, only a personal attack. Most businesses review low ratings and use them as an opportunity for improvement. The services rendered are useful when you’re in a pinch, but the way you are treated, not so much. To avoid this experience, make sure you are there before the maturity date and don’t expect/request a payment link, physically go there if you can. Review the response below and let that speak volumes in your approach to this business. Thanks again to the kind cashier! She’s a shining light."

"Decent selection of items, from electronics, to musical instruments, to home decor and more. Some items overpriced compared to similar items at sale at other second hand retailers."
