"Went for a jewelry inspection. Just hope we don't treat aliens the way I was treated, especially if it's only because they may look different, better even, than us. Apologies were made after a long conversation with the Owner. The store stands on its history of fairness, jewelry selections and average prices. Those days may be gone but I did feel a measure of sincerity in the Owners apology. You can check it out as I won't grace them with my presence again. My jewelry is fine and so am I."

"the moment we walked through the doors we were greeted by Hollie H who was warm and welcoming. she made the entire experience nothing short of amazing, made sure i knew all the options and got to see everything that drew in my attention. was able to find the perfect gift for my girlfriend and Hollie helped with the entire process to ensure i was able to get everything i needed and wanted within my limits. went back to pick it up and found Hollie who was once again the perfect person to work with and made sure the item was correct and that i had everything, so thank you Hollie for making that trip everything that it was! the collection of jewelry was overwhelming but fun to look at. definitely recommend windsor’s!"

"I highly recommend you DONT use this company. They have been a TOTAL disappointment. They have had our Rolex since March/April of this year. Their customer service rep Chris has lied multiple times and fails to follow through on anything. After several weeks of having my watch, I called and spoke to Chris and informed her I wanted to have an original face put on the watch. She acknowledged. After six more weeks, I call and the first thing Chris ask me is what did you decide about the face? I then asked to speak to the manager, who did seem to care about resolving the matter. I even brought my wife on the phone and we determined best course of action was to send out to another jeweler to have it serviced. Three of us on the phone heard and agreed to that course of action. After nearly another 6 to 8 weeks, I call back and they ask me if $800 (estimate) was okay for them to send the watch out (after having agreed earlier that was the approved course of action. I was then put on the phone with Chris who told me she had called me and left me three messages. I asked her what number she had and it was in fact my number. However, I had zero missed calls from her and zero messages from her. So since March, they have not been able to deliver on anything they have said nor their website advertises in the way of customer service. Do not use."
