"I came in to get my twins baby ears pierced. Maria Morris pierced one of my babies ears totally wrong. One way higher than the other. The other lady Clarissa who pierced there ears asked her if the marking was correct because she even noticed that it was wrong. Maria stated “I’m going to pierce in the middle”. When I noticed that my babies ears was wrong I called to ask them to do it again( the same day) the stated that I would have to pay for another earring! Why would I do that when I just paid. I recorded my babies getting there ears pierced, I have everything on video!! I just want this corrected, and the earring should be free. I’m calling there coporate office, there is no reason I am in tears over this when it should have been a beautiful experience as these are my first children"
