"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I have been trying to reach the front desk, by phone for 4 hours. They do not intend on answering. I keep contacting the reservations desk and their excuse is "Oh, they are just away for a moment." But they are not. They are blatantly not answering the call. I dont know if it's because they are lazy or they just have no work ethic. You also can't check in before 3 or after 7. They DO NOT inform you of this when you call to make the reservation and WILL NOT refund your money even though it's THEIR MISTAKE. If you can't even trust this establishment to do something as simple as answer the phone, then don't trust them to wash the bed sheets, or clean anything else for that matter."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was amazing, well mannered and helpful. Room was very clean. Housekeeper was sweet. Tracy and Terica were so wonderful our entire stay. The only problems we had was the internet and only two washers and 1 dryer worked other than that I we will definitely be back when we visit. Thanks for you guy hospitality."
"We very much enjoyed our stay here this past summer. The price was cheapest in town for a week. The sweet sassy ladies at the front desk said the room was recently renovated the past year. It was very warm and inviting. It was great to be able to cook rather than eat out, our whole vacation. The location is alittle busy and loud but was not bothersome once in the room. We understand it is on a busy side of town and at night it quiets down. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and getting directions to the beach. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Savannah for a visit."
"I'm in a non-renovated room and it's clean. New towels and sheets. Comfy bed. The back side of the building is quiet. Cheapest week long rates in Savannah area. But you have to bring your own toilet paper!"
