"Very unhappy with customer service at this Benjamin Moore store. Paint was not covering walls that have been primed, Kiltzed, and painted with flat white latex. Took videos of having to roll over and over Sheetrock walls and paneled (but completely prepped) walls Asked for advice. No help. Asked for suggestions, no help. I suggested the possibility of a better grade of paint- no offer to split difference. So I just felt helpless. There is a problem with this Benjamin Moore paint and it’s coverage on my walls and all I wanted is help. None was given! So discouraging."
