"I ordered a 1/4 pallet of centipede sod on Mon Aug. 5th and picked it up on Friday Aug 9th and put it out Saturday morning. Over half of it was already brown, it was not recently cut and the dirt under the grass was very dry and sandy, blowing in the face of the employee as she loaded it into my truck, very obvious that it had not been watered and had been the pallet for a while. I called Monday to complain but to no avail, the employee took my name and number to give to the owner and told me that they would call me back. I have yet to hear back from them."
