"A few years ago I purchased my flooring from Kirkland’s, the young man was patient and very helpful. He gave me good directions for what look I was trying to accomplish. A few days ago I had to contact Kirkland’s for additional help and I could not tell them the exact type of flooring I purchased in the past. This seems to be a simple remedy- look for my information in their database, but the company upgraded their computer system when the business moved to a new location so it was not that simple. However, the staff ask my name and phone number and they researched and called me back later that day when they found what I purchased those years ago and now was able to help me again.
