"Hey I really hate to leave this review but I have to because I never received service and My Washerwas is still not fixed after they were paid I do not advise anyone to do service with them because they came to do the initial consultation and said that i needed a part that they had to order meanwhile it took 3 weeks to get the part then they called themselves coming with the part but the part never worked at all so then I contacted the they came by and called themselves looking at the washer but then said the part was the wrong part that they had to order another part meanwhile here I am waiting and waiting and weeks go by no part at all got my money here I am Out of $250 for no work done at all so O had to contact another professional that got the work done in 1 week I advise do not do work with them I did not get refunded for the part they literally kept my money that’s really sad."

"I called on a Monday after my warranty submitted a claim and Total Home Appliances came out promptly. I assumed the problem was the sensor with the dishwasher but the technicians ran a thorough diagnostic to figure out the problem. The technicians worked till the problem was resolved. They were very thorough and did not rush. I appreciate their promptness and attention to detail. I know the job was not easy but their professionalism and commitment to fixing my dishwasher is greatly appreciated #RollTide"

"Rashad was the best!! Great customer service, knowledgeable and speedy! I had a old dryer that I thought could be repaired, he assisted me with letting me know exactly what the problem was as well as getting a even better dryer. Honestly, I have no complaints!!"
