"Placed pick up order through the app around 5pm. Went to pickup order shortly after. Stood near the pickup area and saw what looked like the hot coffee I ordered and two other customers to my right were enjoying there coffees. Was then told they were closed and the order shouldn’t have even gone through. Wasn’t given a real explanation as to why they were closing early. To make things better, the only way I could get a refund was the total amount being put on 4 different gift cards… No more than $4 on each card. Most bizarre Starbucks experience I’ve had and won’t be taking my chances on this location anymore. So many others around the area where you will be treated much better."
