"The Ghirardelli Hot chocolate was great, especially on a cold day. The Apple Cinnamon (or apple pie filled Doughnut was amazing). My order was prepared quickly. The cashier/employee there, despite being efficient, spoke to customers in a rude/rough tone and I felt like I was being rushed to order. The store was practically empty"

"I have never before been yelled at by staff at a Krispy Kreme until I visited this location. As I was holding the door open to allow people to walk out I was told by the staff that I needed to close the door I responded that I couldn’t while people were walking through it. The person behind the counter yelled she didn’t care and I needed to close the door now. We left and spent our money else where and I highly recommend that you teach your staff to respect customers."

"Very rude employees. Got yelled at when walked in through wrong door. Then basically rushed through the whole process. A customer ahead of us got the exact same order and his order was put in the bag, mine order wasn't and wasn't offer a bag either. Very poor service. If you don't like serving the public then quit your job do something that doesn't involve customers. I will not come back again to this Krispy Kreme."

"Employees were rude. We came in at 6pm after a long car ride to grab some donuts and take a break from a long drive. Google said the store didn't close for another hour. Chairs were already stacked on the tables, one employee at the door claimed she was about to lock up and they were sold out of everything, yet the employee at the cash register, rushed into launching into telling us what donut varieties they still had available and finished up with they were trying to lock up. However, the employee at the door told a lady passing by that they were sold out of donuts, which wasn't true, and then told the same woman after she was asked that they would still be open until 7pm. It was clear they wanted to go home as soon as possible and had little concern for customers and honestly didn't really want to serve anyone else. Interestingly, I wonder if these same employees are the type that would complain about not having enough hours and pay after sales drop because they're basically trying to turn away customers and therefore hurt the location's sales. It was frustrating. We only wanted to grab a few regular glazed, eat them somewhere other than our car we'd been in for 7 hours, and leave and we were treated very rudely. We did end up buying a dozen and rushed out because it was clear they didn't want any part of being around customers that night. 10/10 wouldn't recommend this location. Definitely wish I had just turned around and gone somewhere else to spend our money, but I just wanted to make good on a promise to our kids and split."

"We stopped in here in the afternoon for a quick snack. There were only 2 people ordering in front of us but the wait took forever to be able to order. The staff working the ordering counter were moving way too slow for the amount of people in line behind us. The store is very small inside with minimal seating. All the donuts we wanted were available and once we did order they had them ready quickly. All the donuts we ordered tasted good. Prices were a little high for a half dozen. Next time will definitely just order the dozen because the price difference was minimal."
