"If I could give 0 stars I would. $40 Uber order and I didn’t get half of what I paid for. Ordered sweet potato and salad for neither. Called the store manager gives NOTHING but excuses for why the order is missing items. Asked her why she didn’t reject the order and MORE EXCUSES. NEVER ordering from here again."
"Super disappointed with the food. I ordered ‘The Logan’ medium rare and got well done. Didn’t have time as I’m traveling on a tight schedule to recook the steak but couldn’t even get a manager to come by. Still put it on my bill too. Nothing more disappointing than going to a steakhouse and getting an overcooked steak. Shame on you Logan’s!"
"Food was very good, server was very polite but seemed to have forgotten about us after bringing the food until shebrought the check. Would have liked to have a refill on our drink."
"To start the hostess wanted to seat us at a table right next to the exit door with wide open booths available. After asking her for a booth she wanted to seat the two of us in a big round booth with water on the floor after passing two viable open booths. The cajun pasta was slightly warmed. It had 3x the pasta to chicken and sausage. As you can see in the picture I had a lot leftover. The whole experience was below any standard I've had at a steakhouse. The Logan's Roadhouse in Augusta, GA was 10 times better last weekend with my sister, son, nephew and little cousin. I've spent better money in vending machines."
"VERY disappointed and appalled. My mom ordered a to-go meal after working 15 hours. The steak was unevenly cooked, the salad was filled with more tomatoes than lettuce, AND her sweet potato was BURNT!! I only left 1 star since Google won’t let me post with 0. Would definitely not recommend ordering to-go or even dining in here in the future."
