Each pet is unique, and we ensure that they receive individual attention during their grooming session. Whether your pet is new to grooming, nervous, fearful, young, or old, we cater to their specific needs. Our team consists of skilled groomers, including Jenna, a Savannah native with over 13 years of grooming experience, specializing in small breeds. Alexx, Ariel, and Haley also bring their expertise and passion for grooming to provide top-notch services for all types of dogs.
At The Savannah Groom Room, we prioritize the comfort and safety of your pets. We do not cage animals, and the grooming process begins as soon as you drop them off. Our salon features an open grooming area, a bathing room, gated areas, and boarding kennels for dogs that need to be separated while they wait. Cat clients must have proof of up-to-date Rabies vaccination, while dog clients need Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper vaccinations.

"I started by using the the Groom Room website to make a reservation but it stopped loading. Then I called their phone and it said I can leave a text. I sent the text and 3 days later they got back to me. When they verified his records, we set up an appointment and he was in fairly quickly. I dropped my husky off for a deshed and nail clip. When I picked him up he looked great. However, staff told me that he chewed through his brand new light up harness. I thought it was weird that they didn’t use their own leash when I dropped him off and that they put him in his harness after then left him unsupervised. Now I know to make a point to ask those questions. The staff was friendly but kept referring to my dog by my name."
"NOT ALL GROOMERS ARE CREATED EQUAL… PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ. Savannah groom room is the only way to go!!!! I have two beloved Persian cats that are mild mannered I have had mostly good experiences. Anyone that has had a bad experience knows that it can be extra terrible and personal , so I hope this helps others avoid going to another place as there is another place in town I had a bad experience with that was opposite to this. This positive experience outshines every other experience. I showed up 30 +minutes late to my apt. Do not be like me. This severely messes up their schedule. They were so kind & accommodating & did not have attitude whatsoever. The haircut they gave my sweet kitty is 15/10 incredible. Really good lions cut with perfect lines and cute little boots. Most importantly my kitty was returned to me in a comfortable and safe state & is now on cloud 9 enjoying his new cut!!! It was clear he was very well loved and attended to in addition to getting an incredible cut. Definitely the best haircut and group of people collectively. I will also be taking my dog here."
"Wish I could give them 10 stars. We took our two golden retrievers to get groomed and could not believe the service we received. From the second we called to get them in to the pickup everything was extremely smooth I cannot recommend this place enough."
