"In need of a remodel. Thin walls. AC/Heat unit had a flashing blue light in it that lit up the whole room at night. Hallways were freezing. Breakfast was good."

"My stay at the Hampton Inn Augusta/Gordon Highway was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the location was convenient for exploring the city."

"I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your establishment. Unfortunately, I found the house service to be extremely unsatisfactory, making it the worst experience I have encountered in my years of traveling. I was compelled to provide the front desk with a detailed list of tasks for the housekeeping staff to ensure basic cleanliness. Additionally, unpleasant odors permeated the rooms, and the constant noise from guests residing in the above floor—particularly children jumping and creating disturbance—disturbed my peace both day and night. Regrettably, due to these circumstances, my stay was far from enjoyable."

"Spend the extra $30 and stay next door at the Homewood Suites. Room wasn't available until 4pm. Water went out in the hotel shortly after. It's not that the water was out (because I was told this was "city wide" so the hotel had no control over the situation, though colleagues who stayed a few miles away did not lose water) but how the hotel handled it that infuriated me. While the water was out, I was down in the lobby headed out for dinner, and I watched the front desk staff checking in new guests without even a word about the water outage. I asked for a bottle of water but was refused. There was no posting for people to see in the lobby. There was no plan to offer guests refunds or facilitate transitions to other hotels. The hotel's management should have been up front with those not yet checked in, offering refunds or free cancellations, and should have been working with other hotels in the area that did have water to facilitate new reservations (this is a Hilton, isn't it? There are at least 5 Hiltons within a few miles.). Thankfully water came back on at 6am the next day, before a big day of meetings (for which I was in town), so I was glad to get a shower, pack up, and be on my way. Then there was no shampoo in the shower dispenser..."

"This place is horrible. The room had visible mold and smelled like it was mildewed. The pool was thick and green unlike the beautiful pool in the pictures. In town for a baseball tournament and would have liked to cool off at the pool, but it wasn’t even an option. What a joke. Don’t pay $1 to stay here. The place is a health hazard and should be bulldozed down. Any pictures provided are a complete misrepresentation. There are plenty of other hotels in the area to stay at- take advantage of that."
