"There is never a time or place for racism. You denied us service after the room was paid for. Poor customer service to a customer without reason this business will not do well if you keep this up, you speculated on the personality of a people based off your own false narrative. I am not surprised just annoyed at this point. Shame on you Manish Pandit, property manager. You said, "we would probably stay and do a charge back?" We travel often and have never had an issue like this."

"Room 210 has roaches and bed bugs. But, the property overall is alright. So I was surprised to wake up with bites on my stomach, hand, shoulder, and chest. The hotel LOOKS so clean I assumed it was from when I was outside earlier. But then, I started seeing the bugs around my bed. Had to switch beds and was too paranoid to fall asleep so I'm up at 1am typing this review. Also, my first night here there was a VERY loud party next door. They were out in the hallway yelling, dancing, fighting, and slamming doors til midnight. Not their fault people lack respect, but they should charge a deposit to deter that AFTER they get rid of the bugs. But again, it would've been great if it wasn't for these complaints. Beds comfortable, big flat screen with cable and Netflix, clean around the property, and affordable. No bug bites = 5 stars easily."

"I was working out of town here. First room was 100 on bottom floor. It was perfect. Very clean, and cozy. Went to work and came back for night 2 to stay and all my stuff was gone. We had told front desk we would be staying another night to charge card. But when we get to work my boss had several missed calls on his phone and the person from front desk had been calling and we can't talk on phones at work. So they had removed our things from our room and kept them in their room until we got back. We ended up moving upstairs to room 204 and the room was awful. Toilet ran all night, leaked water in the floor constantly, shower drain was clogged up with hair so the water wouldn't drain and their was water roaches in the room. Will not be back to stay. First day was great, but second was horrible"

"I love the staff here. My family have been coming here for a while they're always helpful and kind. They always make sure my rooms clean even if I find anything they're quick to accommodate us. Manish the property manager is doing a great job with this place. The location is also great off the highway by plenty of food options."

"We have been staying at this hotel for a while now and the manager Manish and his wife Sonia have been absolutely wonderful! They’re friendly and very helpful. All the staff are wonderful and hands on. The breakfast is great, the rooms are very clean and the prices are superb! 10/10 Recommended especially, based on the staff alone! Awesome Hotel."
