"The lady who worked today 1/14/2024 was on her personal phone with an ear piece complaining to who ever she was talking to about how people keep coming in to pay o Mac and it was crazy. My thing is you are there to work not to be on your phone and if you had a problem working on a Sunday then she should have not came in. She was very rude and disrespectful."

"Every time I have to go inside of here I have anxiety!!!! The amount of homeless people they allow to linger around this place of business makes no sense. Also The customer service at this place is very terrible. Summer time it’s really hot inside with no air, you could barely breath. My daughter went in this morning to ask a question and the same young lady as always has a attitude early in the morning. Smh I don’t understand how the employees there still have a job. I should never have to go back and forth with a customer service representative about nothing. How I feel is if you don’t like your job find a different one that makes you happy. The amount of rudeness coming from the employees there is ridiculous. As soon as I find out the young ladies names behind that counter I’m going to find out what I can do about the situation. I shouldn’t have to constantly have a bad experience because I wanna cash a check or get a money order. Without customers their position wouldn’t exist. I think they need to be trained again! They need to learn how to be respectful and always remember to keep it professional. You never know who your servicing remember that!!! Whoever the boss or the owner is shouldn’t employ individuals that make their establishment look bad."

"Walked in at 7:50 when this horrid establishment doesn't close until 8 p.m. and the woman at the window said she was "closed" Your doors are still open. There should be no reason why you're closing the drawer early if it's still business hours. They need to shut down this Payomatic or hire new people and management."

"They always close early, the service is horrible. Sunday they supposed to stay open till 8 ,I get there they won’t open the door, so I I call they say they were told by a boss “ to close the store early “ Horrible location ! They always have attitudes and they never want to work 4 windows and only 2 stay open on most days."

"I went in there to get a fax done the two females was looking at me like if they was doing work . I was only customer they refuse my service. Y’all need better staff and the crack heads stop hanging out inside having the place smell"
