"I called over the phone asking if they do assembly for bikes, and they said yes. Hey also claimed he does e-bikes as well. I sent over my bike which was a bike frame with a e-motor he said he could build it no problem. Long story short, he didn’t charge the battery claiming he doesn’t charge lithium batteries in his shop, so charge the battery at home, and insert battery into my bike doesn’t work. After confronting the guy, he claims “I don’t work on e-bikes, I only do the mechanical work on bikes.” I told him to disassemble the bike and refund me, but he was acting like a glitched NPC, and repeated that same sentence. GO TO A BETTER BIKE STORY, NOT THIS UNRELIABLE SCAMMER."
"Very nice people Greeted me when I walked in As a black man that's very important to me when it comes to service. Everything went well, until there was a problem with the rear disc brake caliper (I supplied) that I had them remount with a new cable. I said it was cool, and I would deal with it later as I was pressed for time. (That's on me) Got home and realized they switched parts and gave my a different caliper. This is so small to me but very disappointing that a business in 2023 would still execute such underhanded tactics to make a little bit of money. I've been an avid bike rider since 1988 and I would not recommend this bike shop as it takes a certain level of immaturity and greed to think you can run a business this way. No No Do not patronize at this business. You will eventually regret it. You have been warned. No bueno vatos"
"Really nice people. Family run business. Prices are fair… much cheaper than bike shops in Manhattan… I’m not sure why people are complaining about prices in reviews. Try bicycle habit in Manhattan and compare!"

"Is the WORST bicycle store I ever been!!!!!!!! Every time I go to fix my bike I have to come back 1 or 2 times so they can fix the right way, always something wrong.... and the prices are so expensive and they charge too much tax!!!! Im not going there ever again... they dont deserve not even 1 star!!!! The last time I change my wheel and I pay like 80! In less than 2 days it wasn't working so I went there so they can fix it, but they refused to fix it...they asked me 45$ for the wheel + 22 the installation and don't forget the tax! I DONT RECOMMEND THAT STORE TO ANYBODY!!!!!"
