"This branch is my old branch and I miss it. I went by there and went in and immediately was greeted with kindness and helped. Even though I still feel ESL needs 24/7 support they really are prompt in resolving issues and are quicker to get a replacement card out to you than KeyBank who does have 23/7 support that really does not do a lot. So given that I was to leave ESL based on issues at my now local branch, but after going back by this branch and the support and honestly I received from corporate. I will gladly be staying and most likely taking the extra trip to visit this branch if ever in need."

"As far as banking goes this one fills all my needs!!!! from checking to savings, to overdraft protection, to starter loans!!! Friendly service, I always leave feeling as though all my questions were answered!!"
"My Dad had a loan agreement through them and in the agreement it said he could call in the loan payment half way through the payments they change the agreement so he can no longer pay by phone. My dad is old he is not technically inclined and barely knows how to turn on a computer let alone use one to pay a loan online. This is blatant abuse of power and discrimination against the technology-challenged population."
"Worst bank I've ever had in my life. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I should've stayed with Bank of America instead of supporting these guys. Fees galore that other banks don't have."
