"I honestly do not know how they get so many good reviews, if I could give ZERO stars, I would, I did notice current partners and employees have authored some of the incredible reviews. Their real estate department is HORRIBLE. WIll not reply to multiple emails or voice mails requesting simple status updates and do not seem to have any regard for the well-being of their clients whatsoever. I would never recommend them for a real estate transaction EVER! If you are buying or selling a home, get a referral from trusted family member, friend or colleague and make sure they have actually worked with their referral and can comment as to communication and ease of process. Underberg & Kessler really dropped the ball on what should have been a smooth experience."

He was kind and patient with me as I badgered him for updates (even- often- when there were none) and was a pleasure to work with at closing.
