"I had an okay experience there, but I got gel polish put on three hours ago and one nail has chipped and another the polish came off completely. Definitely not worth the $40!"

"The lady who did my nails did a decent job and had good customer service. The lady who did my toes...I cant state the same. I asked for acrylic toes and even showed her a picture of how I wanted my toes (which was a pic of how they were the last time). For $60, the acrylic application and polish job shouldve been better. She cut my big toe on my right foot and didnt apologize when I told her. She was rushing. When I told her I was dissatisfied, her response was "it looks fine to me." I told her it didnt look fine to me. You can see how she filed the second toe on my left foot uneven and overall the polish job just isnt good, in my opinion. She only offered to fix the big toe on the right foot, but thats the one she cut. I dont want to soak a cut toe in acetone or have any additional filing on a hurt toe."

"I can’t even begin to explain how awful this salon is . I’ve even given given it multiple tries and used a different person each time . They do not provide a service or result worth the money you spend . I’m always told an owner will contact me and have yet to hear from anyone . Today I was in and out in under an hour for sns nails and gel toes . She tore my toes up rushing to where I was bleeding . When she did my sns , she kept bumping the bottom of the bowl so my nails were lumpy . To even then she had to practically file off all the sns . By the time they were even they were transparent so I asked she dip them for more coats and she got upset . By the end I was so frustrated. I washed my hands and my hands are covered by this base substance . I shouldn’t be spending money and walking out in a state that’s not presentable .I was given 7 dollars off and told I needed to keep washing my hands to remove the substance surrounding my nails . SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. And to the owner and managers shame on you ! Worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced."

"This was the absolute worst nail experience I’ve ever had in my life. I went to Paris nails to get my acrylics removed because it was convenient and close, and it was a horrible mistake. My acrylics were only 2 weeks worn, so they were pretty secure still, but I needed them off for work. Instead of soaking my nails in acetone and using non invasive tools to remove them, the worker ripped them off with his own finger nails. He ripped my 2 ring finger nails off and I bled, but he continued to rip them off and poured alcohol on them. He also used his oil brush on my bleeding nails, very unsanitary. They still made me pay $5 for the service as opposed to the full $12 because my fingers bled. I will NEVER return to Paris nails."
