"Dr. Heirs is very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable! Great vet. However, I experienced the strangest way when I was putting down my pet. They still require masks to be worn (come on, even transportation doesn't mandate it) and you have to wait in the car until they get you. I understand they fit us in but I was putting down my pet and took over an hour and you hold your pet in the lobby area while they administer the dose while your pet passes in your arms.(good thing no one was allowed in the lobby because of their Covid rules still in place) I know it's a small practice but it could have been done a lot better and more private in my opinion."
"Recently my cat of many years became very sick and had to be put down. Dr. Hiers and her staff were so compassionate and helpful to my wife and I through the entire process. They have been very available to us and we will always be so grateful. We will continue to take our other kitties to them for their health needs."
