"The back of the office staff is very friendly and helpful. There's one lady in the front of the office, however, who is just straight up rude. She won't even look up when she's dealing with clients. Oh my goodness, please don't need to ask her a question. You will be left feeling like you just asked the dumbest question ever and it's going to be a real burden for her to answer you back. I hate having to take my uncle's dog there just because I know she's going to be behind that counter. She is the only reason I went down 2 stars while rating. Without her this is a 5 star place."

"Wester now Rodgers have been our veterinarian for over 15 years. Best place to take your babies. They care and I feel they are the best around. When we moved we tried a couple others that were closer to our house but we ended up going right back because we didn’t have good experiences with the others."
