"Used the online refill. Went to pickup and sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes with 4 cars in front of me. Arrived at 5:25 got to the window at 6:08 only to have the clerk pull the shade down. There were at least 2 other customers behind me. She never acknowledged me even though she walked by the window several times. Poor customer service is an understatement."

"This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have had to wait as long as 6 days for a new prescription that my doctor faxed. And when it was time for it to be refilled, Walgreens policy will not let you refill until you are on the last dose of your medication. I have been placed on hold and forgotten about or disconnected. Absolutely terrible every time I have to deal with them."
