Publix Super Market at National Plaza

"Disappointed is an understatement. I just moved to Georgia from Florida and I guess I was assuming the same fast paced services would be available. I placed an online order for pickup at 12:45. I didn’t arrive to the store for pick up until 12:55pm. It was not ready at the pick up location within the store so I thought I could pick up a few things and make my way back to the location of pick up. Well, it wasn’t ready at 1:10 either. I waited over an hour to get even acknowledged along with the long line of people behind me, also waiting for an online pick up. Finally went to the counter to ask what is going on- of course they say that they are making it now. I just can’t believe the lack of urgency, what is the point of placing an online order if I’m waiting just as long as a walk in order? If they were this behind on a random Sunday in February- I cannot even imagine the lines when it’s Masters Week."

"I especially like the meat department because I cook a German meal called Rouladen and I like it sliced a little thinner than normal and they cut it just right."

"I've normally had a decent experience here. This time we ordered our subs online and it said it would be ready at 11:50. I drove thirty minutes here and they had almost an hour to prepare the subs. I asked the deli person and the manager they said they're waiting on Chicken tenders. But they called my wife at 11:47 rudely spoke to her about how they're out of bread for the hoagies. Then getting there and waiting an additional 25+ minutes for chicken tenders is crazy. It's Saturday afternoon. Maybe Publix should focus more resources in their deli."

"Always great friendly service. Excellent selection and quality of groceries offered here. Competitive sales. The bakery has hands down THE BEST fresh baked breads than any other grocery store literally. Love getting boars head from the deli and even their sandwiches are so good. The pharmacy has best prices. Overall I have always loved shopping at this store."

Furthermore, the service at Publix is of the highest caliber, with their staff ever friendly and obliging, ready to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
