"The customer service here is HORRIBLE! I mean it’s 10 am! Why is everyone so mad. You walk in they don’t greet you. You get to the register and they stare at you like you’re in the wrong place. No one wants to spend money at an establishment and get this type of treatment. Find people who actually want to serve! These are job holders just getting a paycheck! And the jerk chicken wrap was a 1/10 ."
"I was hoping to be able to try this establishment for the first time, but I walked in I was looked at and not greeted. As I stood front of the glass trying to figure out what I wanted, two employees had a conversation. So me thinking I wasn’t in the right place to order I moved to the register. They still continued to talk as if I wasn’t even there. I walked out. I know closed mouths don’t get fed, but I shouldn’t have to say I need to order. Be prompt and on top of the customer needs before they are needed. I felt like a ghost so I guess I won’t this place no time soon."
"It’s pretty good but I do prefer smoothie king over here. The wait time here can be long and the staff aren’t as welcoming or as friendly. The cleanliness was questionable one day and I started going to smoothie king. Stopped in again out of convenience and still feel the same. Can’t speak for all locations but this one has a little room for improvement. Great concept though! Love the branding."
"At the time of my visit the line was very short and the service was great. The facilities could have been cleaner, but the ladies were working their butt full filing the customers orders before me. My order was complete in a timely manner and I would be back."
"The service was quick, and the food was okay. My wife ordered a jerk chicken bowl that was actually more salad than rice, so she asked the people if they could remake it. The workers were nice about it so additional points there. I had the ultimate club. I asked them to sub pepper jack instead of Parmesan. It was pretty decent but I expected it to be toasted more.we had to ask twice for a cup of water but overall our experience was pleasant and the food was served quickly so I can't ask for much more."
