"Went tonight to purchase toilet seat and purchase 4 bales of straw. Upon asking about the straw the lady who works in the lawn and garden shop asked me how badly I needed and I replied I need 4 bales. She then went on to inform me she was the only one working and the trailer was outside and she did not feel secure going outside????????????????????? I remained polite and replied thank you I will go else where and purchase it when I have time. First of all there were male associates in the store and second of all why could she not offer to reach out to a manager for assistance? I guess the customer does not come first which is typical of Savannah."
