"I've been taking my furbaby here for several years and of course I've had my doubts. Not sure what happened but my baby got sick with very bad Diarrhea and I was over charged which never happened before. Sadly to say I won't be using them again."

"Cathy takes extra care when grooming my dog who has a cardiac issues. She makes accommodations for her. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else."

"I would give them negative stars if possible. We boarded our 2 dogs and 2 kittens with them for an extended weekend. When I picked them up they’re bedding that we brought for them was completely saturated in urine and feces… they said they would be walking the dogs which did not happen, the dogs were supposed to be bathed which did not happen and I gave them detailed information on feeding and brought in there own food… the kittens wet food was returned unopened … the smell was overwhelming to the point that I vomited. I’m calling and reporting to ccso and animal control…. I feel my pets were extremely neglected and mistreated. Oh, and one of my dogs now has a cough… I hope she’s not sick."

"My maltese was such a mess when we arrived. I was warmly greeted all my questions were answered, she warmed up to my dog, I was on my way. Later the groomer called me to discuss (what?) what I wanted to do. She told me that she could leave him long & make him handsome. And she did! He's a beautiful little man. Finally someone who cares eniugh to give you what you want!"
