"I arrived on time but had to wait about a hour and 40 minutes while she did someone else hair, I wanted a hair wash and braids, straight back, when she got done with the lady hair then Ms Emm Phew Phoo started with the wash which was a splash of water little bit of shampoo I could have done it better, then hurried drying and braiding , when done she tried to charge me more than she originally did, she clearly don't have a understanding of her own prices, got some nerve having me wait over an hour, please."
